Princeton HealthCare System is currently searching for a Full Time, Nights, Assistant Nurse Manager for the University Medical Center of Princeton at Plainsboro, Acute Care for the Eldery Unit.
Schedule: The hours for this position are 7:00 pm to 7:00 am
Position Summary: A professional Registered Nurse who is responsible for the direct supervision of nursing staff which is accomplished by: maintaining open lines of communication with staff and management; providing resource information as requested and overseeing the delivery of safe and clinically competent nursing care that is evidenced based.
All PHCS employees are required to receive an annual influenza vaccine unless they are granted a medical or religious exemption.
- Associate's degree in nursing
- Active Registered Nurse License in the State of New Jersey
- Basic Life Support certification (BLS) for Healthcare Providers from the American Heart Association (AHA)
- Computer Literacy
- Great Interpersonal and Communication Skills
- Physical Strength, Agility and Stamina
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- At least one (1) year experience working as an RN
- Specialty certification
