Located in Salem, Oregon, the Salem Laser and Surgery Center, a state-of-the-art ophthalmology ambulatory surgery center, is growing and seeking a highly motivated Center Leader in a fast-paced environment. The position is Full Time, Monday – Friday with a competitive market compensation package. Please see below for responsibilities and requirements.
The Center Leader is responsible for the day to day operation of the Surgery Center within the authority of the Board of Directors by performing the following duties. The management spectrum covers planning, organizing, delegating, coordinating, staff utilization, budgeting, controlling and marketing the services provided by the facility.

Bachelor's degree required with a minimum of five (5) years within the healthcare industry with two (2) years in a supervisory or administrative position. Ambulatory Surgery Center and Ophthalmology experience highly preferred. RN required for clinical duties as needed.
Must be able to handle multiple, simultaneous tasks effectively and efficiently while maintaining a professional, courteous manner. Must be able to work well with others. Strong verbal and written communication skills required. Must be detail oriented and organized. High integrity, including maintenance of confidential information. Must be able to exercise good judgment and positively influence and lead others, including handling confrontations with poise and efficiency. Based on business need, the ability to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends as approved in advance.
