Bachelor's degree; with a focus on Human Resource Management.
1-3 years of work experience in human resources and employee relations.
The ideal candidate will also hold professional certification either as a PHR or SPHR and have experience working in healthcare, ideally nursing.
Additional Salary Information: The position starts at $63,750 and increases with each year of additional, related experience.
