St. Joe's is enhancing the culture by utilizing Holistic modalities in patient care. Fairview Health Services is looking for a RN at St Joseph’s Hospital in St Paul, MN. This position is 56 hours per two weeks on the Evening shift 8 hour shifts with an every other weekend rotation. This is a BLOCK schedule. This position is eligible for full benefits.

About this position - ER
Average 65 patients per day, 24,000 per year
Patients: Complex care, cardiac neuro, cath lab, and strokes
Unit culture: relationship based leadership, active unit counsel that gets involved with process changes
A Blue Distinction Center+ for cardiac care
One year Emergency Room experience (will consider equivalent Critical Care and Tele experience)
ACLS through American Heart Association by the end of New Grad Orientation
Basic Life Support Through Health Care Providers
TNCC Certification within 12 months
PALS/ENPC Certifications within 18 months
Degree in Nursing
