The Team Member Relations Specialist will primarily focus on the resolution of work related concerns ensuring Coniferï¿½s policies and procedures are consistently applied.This position will conduct investigations under general supervision and assist with research and other related matters needed on more complex issues and investigations.Additionally, will provide HR support for other general team member services.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Include the following. Others may be assigned.
ï¿½Conduct basic investigations, escalate as needed, and complete necessary documentation and updates in case management system. Communicates with HR leader, legal, team member and business leader as appropriate.
ï¿½Assist TM Relations team with more complex investigations including but not limited to research, documentation, follow-up and planning.
ï¿½Provides timely investigation summaries for all completed investigations.
ï¿½Respond to general team member questions and basic concerns, including evaluating and interpreting issues, determining the appropriate resolution and/or escalation; communicate updates as appropriate.
ï¿½Coordinate resolution of issues that involve other HR groups (HRBPs, HR COEs, Payroll and/or Benefits) and follow-up until resolution is communicated and closed.
ï¿½Provides support for subpoena and other documentation requests.
ï¿½Other projects as assigned

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
Include minimum education, technical training, and/or experience required to perform the job.
Bachelor degree in Human Resources or business; or equivalent relevant experience
Minimum 2-3 years general HR Experience, preferably in a centralized environment
Minimum 1 year direct experience in providing employee relations investigations
Experience in a multi-state, large company a plus
