Pharmacy Clinical Operations Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and sustaining Clinical Pharmacy Programs. Provides oversight for quality assurance of Clinical Pharmacy Programs to improve quality care, improve customer satisfaction, and promote education and research. Provides leadership for various clinical education programs for students, residents, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals. In partnership with the Sterile Operations Manager, Non-Sterile Operations Manager, Ambulatory Manager, Support Services Manager, Director of Pharmacy Clinical Operations, and the Senior Director of Pharmacy and Clinical Nutrition, oversees the Pharmacy day-to-day Operations to ensure that patient pharmaceutical needs are effectively met, and establishes policies, procedures, standards and objectives for provision of services and coordinates with other departments to provide maximum level of services to patient/families and hospital staff. Continuously improving services to meet customer needs, assuring adequate resources are available, and integrating services with other professional services within & outside the hospital to assure continuity of care.
