Nemours is seeking an IS Clinical Applications Associate Analyst or Analyst (Clinical Documentation), Full-Time, to join our team in either Wilmington, Delaware or Orlando, Florida.As the birthplace of the Nemours healthcare system, the Nemours/Alfred I. duPont Hospital for Children in Wilmington, Del. honors our legacy of delivering exceptional care to the children of the Delaware Valley and beyond. In October, we will complete a multi-phase hospital expansion that will include new inpatient rooms, Pediatric Intensive Care Unit and Emergency Department. Additionally, Nemours duPont Pediatrics allows us to reach more children across the region through community-based physician services and collaborative partnerships with health and hospital systems. This position can be either an Associate Analyst or Analyst, depending on experience level. Position can also be located in either Wilmington, Delaware or Orlando, Florida. Associate Analysts participate in building, testing and validating new functionality and engaging in custom configuration activities. Associate Analysts perform in-depth analyses of workflows, data collection, report details and other technical issues associated with clinical applications. The Associate Analyst should have the ability to recognize opportunities for process improvement and optimization activities designed to create more knowledgeable end users. The role of this position includes acting as a change agent, educator and resource in advancing the strategic mission of Nemours, while advancing knowledge and avoidance of data systems risks. The Epic Analyst – ClinDoc will be responsible for planning, system analysis, application building, testing, maintenance and support. You will act as a champion for documentation, build and testing standards. You will work with departments/end users to ensure that the teams collaborate to meet the Network’s strategic and business needs.

Analysts perform in-depth analysis of workflows, data collection, report details and other technical issues associated with the use of clinical applications. The Analyst must have the ability to recognize opportunities for process improvement and optimization activities designed to create more knowledgeable end users. The Epic Analyst – ClinDoc will be responsible for planning, system analysis, application building, testing, maintenance and support. You will act as a champion for documentation, build and testing standards. You will work with departments/end users to ensure that the teams collaborate to meet the Network’s strategic and business needs. Collaborates with senior management to plan, implement and evaluate the effectiveness of systems and services. Identifies and coordinates system updates, changes and enhancements to support clinical information and meet business needs, while maintaining system and data integrity. Facilitate the installation and implementation of hardware equipment between IT, patient care, and business process teams. Prepares charts and diagrams to assist in problem analysis and submits recommendations for solutions. Manages and co-ordinates team tasks. Facilitate the maintenance of issue lists, documentation, meeting minutes, agendas, and weekly status reports to appropriate Leadership. This position will focus on Bedside Technology and support applications such as Philips, Connexall, GetWell Network, TotGuard, and Nurse Call.
