Palliative Care Medicine Advanced Practitioner
Baystate Health (BH), western Massachusetts’s premier healthcare provider and home to the University of Massachusetts Medical School – Baystate, is seeking a Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant to join our extensive network as a member of our Division of Geriatric & Palliative Care Medicine in western Massachusetts.
In this role you will have the opportunity to:
Join a supportive interdisciplinary team of physicians, advanced practitioners, chaplains & social workers. Mentorship and individualized training and orientation are provided.
This position is currently a Monday through Friday schedule, no call or weekend responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have completed an accredited FNP program or PA program. New graduates are welcome to apply.
The Palliative Medicine AP manages complex symptoms or symptoms in complex illness. The AP helps patients plan for their advanced illness in our Inpatient Consultation Service and Outpatient Heart Failure Clinic.
