The Director of Case Management shall direct, supervise and over-see all operations of Case Management.Appraise Employeeï¿½s performance relative to his or her job duties, responsibilities and/or competencies. Identify the behaviors that may be contributing to or inhibiting the success of the employee. Assess the extent to which the employee complies with policies and regulations. Plan for the development of the employee in response to the changing needs of the Medical Center.
Associate's Degree in nursing and/or Bachelorï¿½s Degree in nursing, administrative or healthcare-related field preferred. Valid Florida RN license preferred. 5 years management experience, some of which obtained in related field.
