The VA Medical Center in Vermont is seeking a Float Nurse Practitioner to join our Primary Care Team providing coverage to four southern tier Community Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOCs). The Southern tier CBOC clinics include Keene, NH, Brattleboro, VT, Bennington, VT and Rutland VT. The Primary Care NP or PA works with a PACT team to provide comprehensive care for patients in the CBOCs.
