This announcement is primarily for evening tours and may be used to fill multiple vacancies in the Community Living Center (CLC), of the Patient Care Services Department at the Heinz campus in multiple units. The H.J. Heinz CLC is composed of long term care and skilled units with a variety of specialties. Classified as a Geriatric Center of Excellence, this campus offers transitional care, rehabilitation, dementia and hospice care beds, an ambulatory care center, and many outpatient services.
