Summary:

The Lead Technician of Sterile Processing is responsible for performing and leading departmental functions including: sterilization supply ordering, equipment/instrument decontamination, instrument preparation, sterilization of patient related equipment, and managing sterile instrument storage. The Lead Tech is responsible through direct performance and/or leadership of other personnel for monitoring compliance with established policies and procedures, and reporting non-compliance to the SPD Supervisor.

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED preferred, Leadership skills, and Completed Central Sterile Tech course 

3 years SPD experience preferred

Certified Registered Central Supply Technician (CRCST)
