Located in the beautiful mountains of Western North Carolina

• Verifies insurance coverage for services prior to initiating any treatment
• Maintains and completes all TMS and IOP referrals for services
• Be present during IOP group meeting to offer critical support as needed
• Monitor a patient for medical symptoms
• Provide medical intervention in an emergency
• Strong communication skills
• Explain and administer TMS procedures to patients
• Explain the IOP program and process referrals through gaining authorization for services
• Contribute to a positive work environment
• Follow established treatment and office procedures
• Maintain a high degree of accuracy regarding all details
• Manage referral reporting and marketing programs
• Functions as liaison between administration, patients, physicians and other healthcare providers.

• Current BLS
• Certified Medical Assistant
• Complete TMS Clinical Service Training within 1 month of employment
• One-year experience in medical setting or behavioral health setting
• LPN preferred

This position will offer the opportunity to provide patient care to with a breakthrough treatment modality for the treatment of depression and support the Intensive Outpatient Program operations. We are seeking an individual who will be trained to administer in-office therapeutic treatments under the direction of our treating physician or treating physician assistant.   This individualâ™s primary responsibilities will be to support the Intensive Outpatient Program and administer and manage the specific clinical services, interact regularly with patients and complete additional office administrative tasks when time provides.
