This vacancy is for a Registered Nurse position in the Float Pool service at the facility. This is an open continuous announcement. The duties and responsibilities of the Registered Nurse include but are not limited to : Completes and documents nursing assessments seeking assistance to identify priority needs. Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the patients served and interprets information to identify each patient's individual needs. Develops the initial nursing plan of care and updates plan with assistance as needed Implements nursing interventions/orders and physician's orders in a timely and complete manner, requesting assistance when needed. Recognizes overt abnormal signs and symptoms or changes in patient's needs. Reports changes to the appropriate provide and documents effectively Evaluates and documents patients' response to interventions and progress toward attainment of goals/expected outcomes. Maintains confidentiality of all patient information including verbal, electronic, and print communications.
