That's why we have designed our Transition to Practice Program with a greater mission - To ease the transition of newly licensed nurses into a culture of dynamic nursing practice through the development of competence, autonomy, and connection to purpose.Position Summary:The RN Residency is for new graduate RNs, experienced RNs wishing to transition to the hospital setting, as well as hospital nurses desiring to change specialty areas. The program is a combination of classroom instruction and clinical hours with preceptors who are experts in their fields. At the conclusion of the Residency, RNs will feel confident in providing the quality patient care our patients require and deserve. Minimum Requirements:Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. BSN preferred. BSN required after 3 years of employment. $20,000 loan forgiveness.Education/Licenses/Certifications:Current WA state RN license. Current Health Care Provider level CPR certification.
