We are currently recruiting for a Weekend Incentive Program (WIP) Registered Nurse to work in our Operating Room facilities at the Wilmington Hospital.

The selected RN will be an upbeat Operating Room Registered Nurse who wants to be a part of a growing operating room team passionate about providing excellent clinical outcomes through caring service to our patients and their families.

Requires to work 3 out of 4 weekends on the day/evening shift. Holidays per the guidelines of the department.

Requirements:
BSN preferred.
Commitment to obtaining within three years of date of hire can be considered with relevant experience.
Current RN licensure required
At least 2 years of Operating Room Experience required.
Knowledge of multiple specialties preferred.
knowledge of ophthalmology and robotics specialties preferred
CNOR certification a plus.

The successful candidate may be eligible for a $10,000 sign on bonus to be paid over a period of 12 months.
